Expanding employment search firm is seeking a proven search recruiter (any past specialty) for an independent consultant to recruit high quality candidates for professional positions. Must know how to source thru the internet or direct cold calling, ability to profile candidates in-depth and be customer driven and results oriented. Requires an organized individual with excellent phone relationship building and closing skills to recruit experienced candidates in a specialized industry to satisfy our clients’ specific hiring requirements. Extensive data base and personal industry contacts available for initial prospecting.
